You don't want to be the odd one out and have to explain to your parents why your photo 

was not included in the slide show - If you have an old baby photo you can either scan it 

or take a picture of it on a phone and upload it to google drive and send it to the email above

ATTENTION FIT SPIRT RUNNERS:There will be having a running practice after school on Wednesday May 17th and Tuesday May 23rd  

Practice will be cancelled Friday May 19th

Our Fit Spirit Day Final Run will be on Wednesday May 24th.  We will be taking a bus to Downsview Park.  Please bring your Fit Spirit T-shirts for this event! Mme Hamilton and I will be handing these out the day before.  You will be responsible to bring them.  ALSO, do not forget to pack a lunch the day of the event and bring lots of water ( there will be refillable stations there for you).  There WILL NOT  be food or vendors there for you to buy your lunch.
